Client Care Specialist

Candidate should be available to work the following schedule:
Monday 9am-1pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-Noon on a rotational basis for a total of 38 hours per week.
Client Care Specialist duties include being the first point of contact for clients, handling client inquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, as well as admitting and discharging patients.
As our first point of contact, you will be delivering personalized and dedicated client care to all patients and owners.
