2 2 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary The Pharma Co-op and Lilly Scholars Program Specialist will develop and administer programming to prepare students for careers in the Pharmaceutical industry.
This includes administration of the new certificate in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, advising, mentorship, and programming for Lilly Scholar cohorts, and development and coordination of internships and co-ops with Pharmaceutical companies.
The position will liaise with the Office of Industry Partners and Pharma companies to understand recruiting needs and develop opportunities for companies to engage with students.
This role will also coordinate with faculty to develop specific curricular opportunities to develop skills for the Pharma industry including coordination of ENGR 103 Pharma Careers and Drug Development each spring semester.
This is a hybrid position (80% on-site / 20% remote).

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Education, Communication, Business, or relevant field A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in education, higher education, or industry with experiential learning, instruction and training instructors program/project management, or other related experience Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered Skills:
Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication Knowledge with and ability to travel internationally Ability to build relationships with internal/external customers Demonstrated skills in organizing events Ability to facilitate training sessions Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Strong interpersonal skills for relating effectively with a diverse group of students, faculty, university staff, alumni, and employers Additional Information:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
