Modern office setting Growth opportunities On-the-job training The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Evan Todd Salon & Spa.
This individual will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of our company and will be working closely with our owners, salon director, and stylist/estheticians.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the overall day to day operations of the company; including, weekly budgets, supply ordering, recruitment and staff retention, and social media/outreach management.
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all processes are completed in a timely manner and that all policies and procedures are followed.
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
We will offer training on our MindBody booking system, guest coordination, and office duties.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred 2
years of experience in a similar role Strong leadership qualities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are of great importance Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply for the position of Director of Operations.
