The Vice President of Human Resources role is a high-visibility role with a strong dotted line to Emerson's Chief People Officer.
As a strategic HR partner and a member of the senior leadership team, you will play a meaningful role in driving the success of Discrete Automation.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will:
Global Leader Serve as a member of the senior leadership team for the Discrete Automation Group and lead its global HR function and team.
Represent the strategic HR interests of the Discrete Automation business with the Emerson HR leadership team, and work with this team to collaboratively set functional strategy and direction across the enterprise.
Work with regional and global partners to address regional needs and implement global initiatives.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree required Relevant years of leadership experience commensurate with the level of the position Strategic Mindset with the ability to align HR Strategies with overall business goals and objectives and understand how HR initiatives drive organizational success Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Influencing Skills Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
Senior-level experience setting the functional strategy and direction of an organization across a global enterprise A demonstrable experience in leading a large global organization, preferably in a matrix organization Demonstrated expertise leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Environmental, Health and Safety programs Cultural transformation and change management experience Incentive compensation and total rewards experience M&A integration experience Global business transformation Recommended Skills Automation Change Management Communication Hardworking And Dedicated Human Resources Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
