As the Clerk, you will provide clerical support for University Residences Central Assignments Office.
This role works in the main desk area in a student-centered environment and prioritize responsibilities while continuing to maintain the highest level of customer service.
Enter and update student records and prepare reports and assist during check-in and check-out process.
Lastly, this role will provide a variety of services including office functions and customer service.
The Clerk may also complete other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED.
Three years of experience in a clerical role.
High work standards, productivity, and dependability.
Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural relations skills.
Ability to make decisions independently.

Additional required competencies may include financial, coaching, delegation and planning.
Strong attention to detail and stress tolerance.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills.
