Klondike Canine Academy & Dog Park (the behavior and training branch of Blair Animal Clinic & Klondike Kennels) is hiring for the position of Dog Daycare & Playgroup Monitor.
This person monitors the off-leash Canine Playgroup sessions which take place in our Dog Park and/or our Daycare setting.
Dog Daycare & Playgroup Monitors should have previous animal handling experience such as; dog walking, dog daycare, pet sitting, kennel/veterinary animal care attendant, or humane society.
Knowledge of canine behavior, customer relations, and basic computer skills are also required.
Dog Daycare & Playgroup Monitors should enjoy working outdoors in most weather conditions and be able to walk dogs greater than 50 lbs, handling a variety of breeds and sizes, and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
