7K - $49K a year Job Summary This position oversees graduate plan of study processes, and independently approves most masters' plans of study on behalf of the Graduate School.
It requires a high level of access to several student systems that house sensitive and restricted information, and requires making frequent unsupervised updates to the student records within those systems.
This role also receives and processes Degree Completion Letter requests, audits graduate student records for graduation, and serves as a backup for other areas of Records as needed.
Review and approve Graduate School academic forms (particularly plans of study), audit graduate student records for graduation, and resolve problems.
Update graduate student academic records in Banner, including degree programs, candidate registrations, and late fee assessments.
Answer student, faculty, staff, and public inquires.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma/GED Three or more years of general office experience Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software Ability to analyze problems and make technical corrections as necessary Strong oral and written communication skills What is Helpful:
College coursework Experience with database systems What We Want You to Know:
