Employer Branding Communication Specialist

We are looking for an Employer Branding Communications Specialist to join our European Employer Branding team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
In this important role, you will drive internal and external activities that will improve employee experience and differentiate Emerson in the market as a great place to work.
You will lead communications projects aimed at ensuring a coherent framework and consistency across different platforms and European locations.
You will be embedding Emerson's purpose, values and causes, as well as its Employee Value Proposition (EVP), in all communications and across all stages of an employee's journey.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Communications and Content ManagementSupports the execution of a consistent European company-wide internal communication strategy and supports HR and Marketing Communications teams to develop their internal communication strategy and infrastructure.
Develops collaterals, and presentations to support recruitment marketing as well as internal communication, programs, initiatives, and events.
Employer branding and Employee ExperienceWorks with Talent Acquisition, HR and Marketing teams in multiple European countries and Business Units to support content creation and stories for communication and social media campaigns.
Promotes and amplifies Emerson's participation at career events & fairs, as well as other community or internal initiatives.
Ensures there is brand consistency in all projects and initiatives (across countries and business units).
Analytics and ReportingManages and reports on a regular basis the results of ongoing projects and the effectiveness of communication campaigns, while providing input for improvement opportunities.
Works with HR teams in multiple countries on researching new online job platforms that promote the Emerson brand and attract diverse slates of candidates.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or similar;Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (marketing, communications, employer branding), where interpersonal communication was critical;Experience with copywriting in English language;Pro-active & results-oriented attitude with a good eye for detail;Excellent PowerPoint & Social Media knowledge.

Other languages can be an advantage;Excellent verbal & written communication skills;Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups in a matrix organization to drive change;Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can effectively work with all levels in the organization.
