Undertake advanced business responsibilities to facilitate the financial management procedures within organizational units.
Responsibilities encompass account oversight, billing, cost center administration, effort reporting, and related tasks.
Support the budgetary process and act as a subject matter expert in designated functional domains.
Execute signature approval for diverse business transactions in adherence to delegation policies.
Additionally, you may be involved in crafting financial reports for planning, forecasting, analyzing, and projecting data for budget evaluations.
Depending on the situation, you might oversee the work of regular, temporary, and student employees, or provide backup support for the business manager.

High school diploma/GED 4 years of account clerk, bookkeeping, business office, or related experience Ability to identify problems, analyze information, and implement solutions Capable of taking initiative, assuming responsibility, maintaining quality standards, and handling confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to influence and build work relationships among a diverse workforce at all levels Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to constantly varying work environments and daily supervision Ability to analyze, interpret, and implement University policies and procedures Proficient with personal computer and related software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, database, internet, etc.
