Manages the receipt of Alternative loan funds received either by paper check or electronically and verifies the correct funds are posted to the students in Banner.
Process third-party billings for Prepaid 529 plans.
Processes and coordinates Stop Payments/Voids with Chase bank, Accounts payable and Bursar.
Responsible for processing returns to vendors and students using the ZV60 process.
Responsible for managing the Bursar student account delinquency portfolio by providing planning and coordination of registration cancels and phone contacts on unpaid student accounts.
Serve as a resource for answering questions on loan programs and conveying university policies and procedures to students, parents, outside agencies, and other university departments.

High school diploma/GED 3 years of experience in customer service, office administration, account clerk or related experience Ability to provide great customer service and provide service in a timely and consistent manner Ability to take initiative to identify and resolve problems, work independently and in a team environment Well-developed organizational and mathematical skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and proficiently perform computerized data entry and report generation Ability to understand federal laws/regulations and University policies and explain to students/parents Good personal computer skills and knowledge of Outlook/software, office equipment Ability to analyze problems and do the research necessary to resolve Good accounting and account reconciliation skills Ability to calculate and give accurate financial information on student records Ability to work under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and multi-task Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, file management and records, forms and other office procedures and terminology Preferred:
