Job Summary The first face of the clinic to patients and community stakeholders.
Responsible to strategically schedule patients, maximizing staff efficiency, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Answers phone, directing calls appropriately to nursing triage, direct schedule, or other staff delegation.
Completes patient check-out with billing reconciliation and cash collection, as required by insurance status.
Required:
Minimum High School Diploma/GED Basic Computer Skills Proficient in Word and Excel Excellent Communication Skills with Customer Service Focus Understanding of Basic Math and Cash Handling Processes Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Additional Information:
