We are looking for aSales Associate for Lead Generationto become a member of our sales team. We know Sales can be challenging work. You have to wear many hats; part teacher, part student, part entrepreneur, part leader. But overcoming challenges is also what can make it so rewarding, and worth doing.
Essential Functions:
Your primary responsibility will be generating new business leads forPassageways OnBoard solution. We are looking for someone with proven experience in developing new leads, primarily through emails and cold calling.The Sales Associatewill reach their targets through excellent communication skills, making elevator pitches for our product, thinking quickly on their feet, and a passion for their work.
This role has room ample room for advancement, a stepping-stone towards becoming a PassagewaysBusiness Development Manager, a quota carrying sales representative. You will work with an amazing team, and gain exposure to a variety of sales, marketing, and leadership strategies. You will be paired with a Business Development Manager and will be expected to occasionally travel for sales conferences.
You will need:
Cold Calling Experience: Successful candidates will demonstrate success in both cold calling to unknown prospects and warm calling to prospect lists.
Writing Skills: You must be able to write compelling, pithy, emails that drive interest and generate leads.
Show Your Technically Proficient: Candidates should be comfortable using and talking about high tech products or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new software on the fly.
Identify Key Decision Makers: You will need to identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Be Collaborative: Work with Sales Executive team to communicate prospect details and develop successful strategies.
Demonstrate Flexibility: When necessary, the successful candidate will support marketing efforts such as gathering emails, attending trade shows, conferences, and other key events.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience dealing with criticism and supporting your ideas when challenged.
Coordinate next steps and plan for future contingencies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience using Customer Relationship Software such as Salesforce.
Keen understanding of using LinkedIn, Zoominfo etc. for researching prospects.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
