Managing the DC functions on all shifts;

Troubleshooting Quality issues;
Monitoring customer orders;
Developing and working with Supervisors in all areas.
EDUCATION: 4-year engineering degree required.
The ideal person will be a Distribution Center Manager who is energetic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented
with a driving passion for what they are doing.
8+ years manufacturing experience, including management and distribution center experience;
Knowledge and experience in distribution center shipping and receiving flow, quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, training, compliance, etc.;
Developing, training and monitoring staff and supervisors;
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
