EDUCATION: 4-year engineering degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

with a driving passion for what they are doing.

years manufacturing experience, including management and distribution center experience;
Knowledge and experience in distribution center shipping and receiving flow, quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, training, compliance, etc.;
Developing, training and monitoring staff and supervisors;
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
