Zones General Manager

Manage and supervise the operational and personnel activities of the multi-craft zones. Serve as manager for the Zone Leaders/Supervisors. Assist in the development of the departmental budget, administer work budgets, assign and approve work orders. Approve departmental expenditures. Serve as a resource to supervisors and customers for high profile projects/issues. Provide technical advice on zone maintenance. Qualifications   Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Building Construction, Supervision, Management, a related technical area. Five years experience in facilities management or related area with supervisory experience. Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience. Leadership and counseling abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of building construction and maintenance codes. Blueprint reading skills and ability to estimate time and materials. General knowledge of one or more areas in the mechanical operations fields. Knowledge of general construction. Strong organization and math skills. Must be proficient in basic computer skills and spreadsheet applications. Preferred: Knowledge of tools and equipment used in building construction and maintenance. 1802245

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
